Let us know how you would like the forums to be arranged, we're starting work on version 2.0 - which will include many features and more content. As such we're looking to streamline the website and forums, so let us know what you'd like to see!

I think that seperating it by company will make it easier for people to find what they are looking for. For the larger companies, i.e. Six Flags & Cedar Fair, we could create subcatigories for each park.

I agree with separating via company. While I do like the idea of separating by region [I think this would be good for anyone looking to plan a trip, you know?], I think it makes most sense to separate parks by company and then have subcategories for each park.

I'd like either by company or by category....either way would work :)

I like doing it by region (easier to find parks, and people, in your area). I'd also be concerned about categorizing too much. If you get too many sub-forums, many of them will never get any posts, and some will get people stuck in the subforums and never venture out to the rest of the boards.

If we end up doing it by company, perhaps we would only make a subforum for the parks that get a lot of posts and questions? We can watch for keywords on topics and see what parks are generating the most discussion and move them to a subforum.

I think it's easier by thrill category. There's too many companies and it would be easier (and neater) to just have them in one.
